This service is operated by Gavin Powell as a sole proprietor. All communications, including SMS messages, are sent personally by Gavin Powell.

By accessing this website or booking services with Gavin Powell, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

Gavin Powell provides mobile automotive detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, full details, premium details, and related add-ons, at locations within the service area.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after in-person inspection if the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was described.

Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed by phone, email, or SMS. Weather, safe access to the vehicle, and available water/electricity at the service location may affect scheduling.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. I accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Returned or disputed payments may incur additional fees.

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or authorized to request services on it. Please remove personal belongings, valuables, and loose items before service. Gavin Powell is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
• Grant safe, legal access to the vehicle at the service location
• Disclose known damage, aftermarket components, or sensitive surfaces
• Be reachable during the appointment window

Gavin Powell performs services with reasonable care using industry-standard products and methods. I am not liable for pre-existing damage, wear-and-tear, mechanical failure, or issues caused by unknown prior treatments, modifications, or defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Utah.
